It also includes a weekly Update every Sunday morning at 10:30 AM Eastern Time. As part of the subscription you are asked to supply a selfie and a statement of your highest aspiration in life which I add to a chart (click on the sample chart to enlarge it). Every Sunday morning for at least 30 minutes, I go deep into meditation and Update your Pro-Active Connection. You can choose to tune into these Updates each Sunday morning if you wish, but you don't need to.

One you are subscribed, you can access your own Pro-Active Connection Control Panel. This allows you to temporarily turn the connection off and on at will. Because we quickly acclimate to whatever we experience consistently, it can be fun to notice how much the Transmission is actually affecting you by turning it off for a while. You might feel it immediately or it might take a few hours to fully dissipate, but it can be reassuring to be able to notice the difference it is having.
You also have the ability to shift the Intensity Level, either making it More Comfortable | Less Challenging | Slower Growth or Less Comfortable | More Challenging | Faster Growth rather than the default Balanced position.
