These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of our website (“Website”) and the provision of online intuitive coaching sessions (“Services”) by [Mark Andrew Frey] (“we,” “us,” “our”) to individuals (“you,” “your,” “user”). By accessing or using our Website and Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Website or Services.
1. Services Provided
1.1 We offer intuitive coaching sessions online, which are paid for in USD. Our Services are intended to provide guidance and support, but do not constitute healing, medical, psychological, or financial advice.
1.2 The information provided during coaching sessions is based on the coach’s interpretation and intuition and is for personal development purposes only.
2. Payment Terms
2.1 All payments for Services must be made credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal. You are responsible for ensuring that your credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal account is functional and that funds are available at the time of payment.
2.2 All fees for Services are displayed on the Website and are subject to change at our sole discretion. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in these Terms.
2.3 You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information and acknowledge that failure to do so may result in the cancellation of the session or termination of your access to the Services.
3. Refunds and Cancellations
3.1 We do not offer refunds unless the specific service allows for cancellations. If you wish to cancel a scheduled session, you must provide at least 24 hours‘ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours‘ notice may result in a forfeiture of the session fee unless circumstances were truly dire.
3.2 If for any reason we are unable to attend the scheduled session (due to illness or technical issues), I will reschedule at our discretion. Time zone mix ups ARE NOT CONSIDERED A REASON FOR CANCELLATION.
4. User Responsibilities
4.1 You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Services (unless accompanied by an adult). By using the Website and Services, you confirm that you are of legal age.
4.2 You agree to use the Website and Services responsibly and not to misuse or abuse any part of the Website. Misuse includes, but is not limited to, unauthorized access, disruption of Services, or sharing false information.
4.3 You understand and accept that the information shared during coaching sessions is confidential. You agree not to disclose or share this information without our explicit permission.

5.2 We disclaim all liability for any outcomes or decisions made by you based on the coaching sessions, transmissions, guided meditations, courses or subscription services.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Website or Services, including but not limited to any loss of profits, business, or data.
6.2 In the event that any liability cannot be excluded under United States law, our liability will be limited to the resupply of the relevant Services or the cost of resupplying the relevant Services.

7.1 All content on the Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
