Mindfully consider these polarities until you feel them break down and you experience the Freedom of Truth throughout your System. Say the first statement once or more within and wait for a felt sense to emerge. 


Notice what you notice including things like:

  1. Does it cause a sense of expansion or contraction?

  2. Does it feel freeing or restricting?

  3. Does it feel good or less than good?

  4. Does it feel True or less than True?


Then say the second statement once or more within and wait for a fresh felt sense to emerge. Notice what you notice.


Continue to move back and forth between both statements. You may find the statements adjust themselves to some new variations as you explore.


Take it slowly and have fun. Each set has the potential to awaken you all the Way to God-Realization.

Pick a favorite and carry it with you through the day. Ponder it at various times in the context of various situations. Notice what you notice. Feel the Freedom as Higher Truth liberates you and your system.


Polarities to Ponder:

I am in this body. This body is in me.

I am in this world. This world is in me. 

I am defined by this body. This body is defined by me.

I am defined by this character. This character is defined by me. 

I am defined by this world. This world is defined by me.


Notice As You Play: 

Who am I identifying as? Body, ego, the character or personality I’m playing, the world, Pure Being, Infinite Divine Being, God-Realized Self, ALL THAT IS?


What’s required to shift among these various levels of identification?


Advanced Play—On God-Realization:

God-Realization Is A Choice. God-Realization Is A Gift.

I Am God-Realized. I am not God-Realized.

I Am. I Am not.

We Are. We Are not.

Love Is. Love Is not.

LOVE IS…
