And notice how staying in the Flow is becoming more difficult as you focus on that. You are disconnecting and getting lost in the judging mind yet again. You went unconscious. Stop it! Haha! We Know, but This Is What You Need To Start Noticing and Noticing Immediately as you start to go off track. Then Immediately Get Back On The Road—Get Connected Until You Feel the Flow Again. Call On Us, the Transmission, Your Own Divine Self and Reconnect. This Is Literally How You Wake Up Completely…
Let it Go. Come Back to the Flow…
Like We Told You Yesterday, It’s Not About Results. Results are none of your business. They Are Always the Perfect Results For You. It’s About Staying In The Flow… Just Focus On The Flow… The Results Will Take Care Of Themselves...
So just Now You Also Noticed the pain in your side. It’s Fine to Notice that but don’t let it take you out of the Flow and disconnect you from You and from Us… Focus on things like that only to the extent You don’t lose the Flow… Hold Both When Prompted To So these places of lesser Flow Can Experience a Greater Flow as Well…

So I’ve been practicing staying Connected and in the Flow since last night. Just asking the question “Am I Connected and in the Flow?” is helpful in and of itself. It’s not always clear how to reenter the Flow when I notice I’m not Connected. I did Notice it usually has to do with believing my thoughts and wanting to complain about how bad some aspect of my life is. That cuts me off from You, Me, Divinity, and the Flow. I’m actually a bit surprised at how much the victim still tries to take over. It’s a much more subtle version of the victim than I’ve dealt with most of my life but it’s still playing a similar game. I also notice how quickly I focus on “the problems” entirely and thus lose Awareness of You and the Flow rather than keeping primary Focus on You and the Flow and then lightly dipping into whatever problem I might be encountering.
Yes, Dear One, You Are Already So Much More Aware of What Helps Establish and Maintain Connection and Flow… Very Good! Let’s Expand Upon This… And the Best Way to Expand Upon Anything Is By Being Here Now With Us As Fully and Completely As You Are Able… Let Go of All else. Be Here Now With Us, Your Own Divine Being and All Your Spirit Team… You As You Truly Are…
Notice, You Do This With Merely Focus and Intention… You Intend to Focus On Us and not other things and thus You Move Your Attention To Us Here Now—This! And Flow Is Then Reignited and/or Boosted… It’s so Subtle and Simple and Yet Powerful!
If other issues and concerns pop up, just Renew Your Intention to Focus Only Here On Us, On Divine Love Consciousness, On Renewing the Flow of This Transmission and Connection… And Once You Feel This, Notice It, Appreciate It, Bask In It…
Then Simply Do This As Many Times As It Takes To Eventually Remain Here, Connected and In The Flow, All The Time… Everything Else Will Take Care Of Itself…
That’s It! That’s the Whole Path!
Develop Such A Love Affair With Divinity and Your Own Divine Being and All That Goes With That, that nothing else can ever overtake It again…
Renew This State of Flow and Divine Connection Again Right Now… Feel Us. Feel Your True Being. Feel This Divine Reality… Feel How This Is Already Improving Every Bit of Your Life…
Now, for just a moment, think about some moment when it might be difficult to Reconnect with Us and This Flow, possibly when you first wake up in the morning or when you’ve just left an upsetting meeting or when some victimhood thoughts are bubbling up for this or that reason. Just Touch upon it and then Come Back to the Flow…
Then Bring that challenging moment or situation to Mind again but not so much it short-circuits the Flow. Then Let it Go again. Focus Only on Us and the Flow of Love, Light and Truth Throughout Your Infinite Divine Being…
You Are Preemptively Bringing Us Into these moments where you normally Feel Us the least, are Aware of Us the least. You Are Rewiring Your mind to Be Able To Easily and Effortlessly Reconnect with Us and the Flow During those moments so they Become Awakened Moments instead of moments of unconsciousness and grief… … …
Okay, so This Has All Been Great, but I’m getting a bit bored or just need a shift of some sort. What Now?
Again, Start With Being Here Now With Us… Renew the Flow… The Flow Is never boring so if you are bored, you’ve lost the Flow… That doesn’t mean it’s not time for a Shift, but Let the Shift Come Out of the Flow and Ride Upon the Flow…
Find the Flow... Feel It… And Notice Where It Is Taking You Now… What Do You Feel Drawn To Do Now? Are You Willing To Allow The Flow, Your Highest Flow, To Show You and Carry You There?

Just Follow What Feels Good Here…
Honestly, Just Staying In The Flow In Silence Feels Pretty Good To Me Right Now…

[Several hours later, after going about my day while continuing to practice This, I came back to my journal and immediately They Started:]
Oh Beloved One, Immediately Come Right Back Here To Us and the Flow… No rants, no complaints about any difficulties remaining in the Flow or being able to Reconnect. Return to the Flow and then We’ll Look at all of that and Fine-Tune it…
You Can Already Feel the Transmission Lifting you, Realigning you, Bringing you back to You…
Why is it so Easy to Reconnect while sitting Here at the laptop but not always so easy at other moments through the day and night?
Partially, It’s Conditioning. You’ve Channeled Here at the Keyboard This Way for How Many Decades? You Give Yourself Permission to Immediately Open Back Up To Us and the Flow When Here Like This. But We Want You To Be In The Flow 24/7 Now.
That’s Why We Started Showing You How to Extend This Out Into Other Moments as Well… While Here Basking In This Loving Connection and Flow, Momentarily Bring to Mind other moments when it’s more difficult to feel the Connection and Flow. Now Let This Flowing Radiance of Your Divine Being Touch any moment when you have tended to disconnect in the past, times when you go weak and small and judgmental and negative… Just Touch that for a brief moment while Radiating This Flow and Connection and then Let it Go…
Then Pick another way you’ve disconnected up until Now…
Like you look at your calendar and get overwhelmed with how many appointments there are or at how few appointments there are—it doesn’t matter since a disconnected mind always sees What Is as wrong. You watch your mind dive into the judgments and make up stories about what it means. The low vibrational emotions start to flow. You contract. You disconnect. But From Here Now that disconnection is Immersed In True Connection and Flow and All Of Us Here and There Supporting You In Remaining as Your Infinite Divine Being while Looking At Your Calendar…
Then You Simply Let the Imagining Go and Come Fully Back to the Flowing Connection Here Now With Us Knowing the Energy of Moments Like That Has Been Forever Changed…
This Is How You Practice Staying Connected even during the times you formerly tended to disconnect…
